Coconut Bay’s Tom Yum Kai Noodles Noodles in Tom Yum style soup with boneless chicken, straw mushrooms, bean sprouts, kaffir leaves, lime juice, lemon grass and green onions. the hot and sour broth packs just the right amount punch i need to help me stay awake long enough to finish this essay ——— the skinny pros: super flavorful and two thumbs up to getting the most bang for your buck. this photo was the leftovers i brought home, but when i ordered at coconut bay this afternoon i received gigantic bowlful of noodles, mushrooms, and chicken. and this also makes a great lunch on cold rainy days like today. cons: too many chunky inedibles. every other bite i was spitting out pieces of kafirr leaves and chunks of lemongrass which was rather annoying as it totally messed up my eating rhythm. >:(
